Do you hate keeping receipts? You can now snap pictures of receipts that are then uploaded to QBO using your QBO phone app. They are stored in the Receipts area under the Banking heading. They can then be matched with the respective accounting transactions. As long as you keep using QBO you are a lot more bullet-proof if you are audited by Canada Revenue. However…you still may want to keep those receipts in a bag or box for the required current and 6 past years (at least) in case your online option has been opted-out!
